The European Business Association, as a collective instrument in the "hands" of businesses, is a unique opportunity for the business community in:

• Lobbying and representing the members' interests at all levels of Government, as well as on the European level vis � vis European institutions and organisations;

• Providing Information and advisory services to members on common business issues include taxation, labour issues, vocational training, industry-specific legislation, environmental issues, industry-wide advertising and market research.

• Preparing and promoting of well-documented suggestions to the Government and EU Delegation on business and environmental issues and problems in order to assist the country's economic and social development and environment protection

• Facilitating Business networking opportunities with companies in EU and third countries and participating in social events - chances for the European and local business community

• Providing regular information Support on developments affecting the business in the country, through organization of workshops, seminars and speaking events;

• Participating in the EU policy-making process; through establishing of effective working relations with the European Commission and the EU member states embassies in Skopje;

• Assisting the local enterprises (members and other legal person) in establishing useful business contacts and obtaining information about business partners in the country and in Europe

• Execution and distribution of analysis about the sub-sectors of the country's economy

• Assisting local enterprises to have access to the European market

• Providing information and organizing events for foreign investors in order to promote inflow of investments in the country

• Assisting the companies to overcome certain business problems

• Promoting the transparency in the economic developments

• Taking part in/or collaborating with international organisations with similar purposes and activities.
